Fitness Ki Dose Aadha Ghanta Roz


Fit India Movement started with the objective of integrating fitness into our daily routines. Therefore, students must incorporate 30 minutes daily in their lives to remain healthy & free from disease. 


फिटनेस की डोज आधा घंटा रोज 


फिट इंडिया मूवमेंट की शुरुआत फिटनेस को हमारी दिनचर्या में शामिल करने के उद्देश्य से हुई थी। इसलिए, छात्रों को स्वस्थ और बीमारी से मुक्त रहने के लिए अपने जीवन में रोजाना 30 मिनट शामिल करने चाहिए।
